The 13th edition of Abuja International Housing Show (AIHS) which is billed for 23rd to 26th July 2019 is attracting a lot of sponsors. Many sponsors are announcing their partnership with the flagship and biggest housing and construction show on the continent.
The latest brand to announce its sponsorship of the show is housing system company, EchoStone.
EchoStone is an internationally recognised building construction company with proven track record of delivering works of the highest quality with efficient innovations. The company is widely acknowledged as a resolute force in Nigeria and on the continent when it comes to quality and professionalism. The Abuja International Housing Show is impressed by EchoStone’s ability to reshape and modernise building construction in Africa.
EchoStone runs a housing system developed specifically to address the worldwide housing shortage. They combine best-in-class design, development, and construction elements to achieve high-quality housing standards for communities in need.
Product wise, the EchoStone System is a meeting of the industrialization of labour and technology. At the centre of the system is the Swedish-designed Aercrete 625 Machine, high-quality cellular lightweight concrete (CLC) and reusable panel formwork. These innovative technologies replace the use of steel, aluminium, plywood, and cinder blocks with no heavy-lifting equipment required.
The EchoStone construction system operations are guided and standardized by a proprietary job site operations plan. Their innovative approach uses lean design and construction concepts, value engineering, and procurement solutions to allow for rapid, scalable, and consistent quality construction.
The idea behind their High-Quality Structures was invented in Sweden in 1904, EchoStone utilizes CLC because it is scalable, more environmentally friendly, and quicker to set than traditional concrete. CLC also retains the same tensile, compression, and rigidity standards of traditional concrete while offering many advantages.
AIHS is partnering with EchoStone’s approach because it is defined by transparency and accountability. By providing partners a stake in the success of each venture, EchoStone has assembled a unique team of global professionals aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals with integrity across legal, governance, reporting, construction, governmental relations, finance, accounting, and sustainability. Our housing builds local economies, supports education, empowers women, and reinforces global health.
EchoStone delivers an ecologically-friendly approach to building communities that are EDGE Certified under World Bank Group/IFC and use innovative and sustainable designs and materials. EchoStone engages internationally-recognized sustainability experts for modern community designs and ecologically-friendly add-ons including solar panels, rainwater capture, and more.
These impressive features has made them a major force in the building construction industry.
